Privacy Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided by Al Jazira Club ("the Club"), including but not limited to Turf activities, E-Gaming, Padel, and Wall Jump. By participating in these services, members and guests agree to abide by these Terms. The Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will be available at the Club's facilities and on the Club's website.

Membership and Registration

  • All participants must have a valid membership or be registered guests to access the services.
  • Memberships and registrations are non-transferable and must be used only by the individual named in the membership or registration agreement.
  • Safety gear provided by the Club must be worn at all times while using the Wall Jump facilities.
  • The Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will be available at the Club's facilities and on the Club's website.

Turf Activities

  • Turf activities, including but not limited to football, require prior booking. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
  • Participants must wear appropriate sportswear and footwear. The use of metal studs is strictly prohibited.
  • The Club is not responsible for injuries sustained during Turf activities. Participants engage in these activities at their own risk.

E-Gaming

  • The E-Gaming area is open to members and guests aged 12 and above.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed in the E-Gaming area.
  • The Club is not responsible for any data loss, equipment damage, or injury resulting from the use of the E-Gaming facilities.

Paddle

  • Padel courts must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made online or at the Club's reception.
  • Appropriate sportswear and non-marking shoes must be worn at all times on the courts.
  • Any damage to the equipment or courts caused by misuse will result in a penalty fee.

Wall Jump

  • The Wall Jump area is restricted to members and guests aged 10 and above.
  • Safety gear provided by the Club must be worn at all times while using the Wall Jump facilities.
  • Participants must follow the instructions of the Club staff all . Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the activity without a refund.

Liability and Waiver

  • The Club is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of any of its facilities.
  • All participants must sign a waiver before using any of the Club's services, acknowledging the inherent risks involved in physical and recreational activities.

Code of Conduct

  • Participants must respect the rights and safety of others at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  • The Club reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these Terms or engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full amount.
  • In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Club reserves the right to cancel activities. Participants will be notified, and a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
